All staff go through rigorous security checks with the Criminal Records Bureau, and regularly undertake professional specialist training and qualifications.

We believe highly trained and well managed staff are the secret to providing quality and safe care. We believe building confidence, trust and relationships with our residents is essential to health and happiness.

Our team is dedicated to our residents and create a relaxed, comfortable homely environment allowing them to live a full and happy life. Friends and relatives of our residents also play a very important role within our team/home and there participation is highly valued and encouraged.
